Fixih aims to provide fair refund and support for genuine service issues.
Refund Eligibility
Refund may be considered if service was not provided, booking was cancelled before assignment, or work was not completed as promised.
Non-Refundable Cases
Inspection charges, used parts, completed services and customer-side cancellation after worker arrival may not be refundable.
Review Process
Fixih support will review booking details, customer complaint and worker update before refund approval.
Refund Time
Approved refunds may take standard banking/payment gateway time.
